Rebecca Gaskin, LCSW, CAC, MBA
Executive Director
Gaskin has been with CRC as a Regional Director since 2005. In 2008, she was recognized as one of CRC’s “Managers of the Year.” Gaskin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Counselor in the state of Michigan. Prior to joining CRC, Gaskin was Chief Executive Officer of YWCA in Flint, Michigan She also served for eight years as Chief Executive Officer for the National Council in Alcoholism and Addictions. Gaskin earned her Masters of Social Work and a bachelors in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan before going on to obtain her MBA.
Jonathan Butler, MD, M.Ed.
Medical Director
Dr. Butler has been practicing in the field of addiction medicine for over nine years. Before assuming the position as Medical Director, New Life Lodge, he practiced at the Gilead Center of Middle Tennessee, a primary care clinic specifically devoted to providing primary care services to people in recovery. He has also worked with Cumberland Heights and Bradford Health Services in Tennessee, and River Oaks Hospital in New Orleans.
Dr. Butler earned his MD from the University of Tennessee in 1994 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. While practicing in Nashville he earned a Master's Degree in Human Development Counseling from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University and currently serves as adjunct faculty for the department.
Dr. Butler is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Medical Association.
Mary Smith
Director of Admissions
Mary has been at New Life Lodge for eight years. She obtained her associates degree and also held the record for #1 three point shooter in the nation for two years while playing college basketball.

Patty Scott
Marketing Director
Patty came to CRC in 2009 with over 20 years of marketing experience.
She earned a BS in Business at the University of Louisville and has served as
marketing director for various financial services firms in the Southeastern U.S.
Patty received "Marketer of the Year" award from Siegel & Gale, New York in
1999 for her achievements in a major conversion campaign.
Patty has served as Chairperson of the Securities Industry Roundtable for two
terms and has been a speaker on various marketing subjects.

Kathleen attended the Tennessee Technology Center of Dickson to get her Medical Administrative Diploma. She has been at New Life for eight years and was voted "Employee of the Month".
Why I like working at New Life Lodge.
" I enjoy working with adolescents to help them get back on track with their education. While they get the help they need with their drug and alcohol issues we help them be on track with their education. If they can leave New Life Academy with a High School Diploma or GED; then they truly do have an opportunity to begin a new life."
Bill Williams

Bill came to New Life Lodge over one year ago. He has his masters degree with with an emphasis in Ed Psych from Penn State. In addition, Bill has an Addictions Certification from Florida and Pennsylvania. Bill has also served as an officer on the Pennsylvania Addictions Board.

Gary received his MS from the University of Tennessee and is certified as an Elementary and Special Education Teacher. He also co-authored "Stop" Just for Kids, which is a teaching tool for therapists working with children who have sexual offending problems. Gary has over 20 years experience working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings.
